Contact our team to get started. We’ll take down your basic information and initiate the insurance verification process to confirm your coverage and ensure you qualify for our services.

Send us a copy of your insurance card, date of birth, physical address, and a picture of your wound. This will help us understand your situation better and prepare for your consultation.

Once we receive the necessary information, we’ll run an insurance verification check to ensure you qualify for treatment. If you qualify, we’ll move forward with scheduling your consultation.

Once insurance is verified, you’ll receive a call to schedule your initial consultation with Dr. Aranke. During this visit, he will perform a thorough assessment, gather your health history, and conduct a full pre-treatment evaluation. This includes taking measurements of the wound, learning about its origin, and obtaining consent and medical release forms.

After the initial consultation, you’ll receive a customized treatment plan designed specifically for your wound and overall health needs. We’ll explain the plan in detail and ensure you feel comfortable and informed before moving forward.

Dr. Aranke and a nurse/nurse practitioner will visit you for the first treatment session. During this visit, we begin the active healing process, provide you with all necessary supplies, and establish a treatment schedule for future visits.

You’ll be visited by one of our dedicated providers one to three times per week, depending on your insurance coverage. Each visit ensures consistent care, close monitoring of your progress, and timely adjustments to your treatment plan—so your healing stays on track.

We continue our visits until your wound is fully healed. Our team’s dedication to advanced care and frequent check-ins ensures that your wound will be treated from every angle for the best possible outcome.
